Legal information and acceptance
LiderKey.com acts as advertising platform in internet offering services for the sellerss that want to advertise products in the website and for the buyers that are interested in the purchase of this products.
The purpose of website is diffusing the sale adverts of products published by the user-sellers, through internet between buyers of the whole world with the intention of getting some satisfactory transactions for both parts.
LiderKey.com only lends an intermediation service, not making any sale transaction as such, therefore cannot be considered in any moment like the seller of the products offered in the website.
The use of this Website implies the full acceptance of our conditions of use:
1.- LiderKey.com reserves the right to modify at any time and without previous notice, part or the totality of the website and all contents.
2.- The publication of products in our website is totally free, but LiderKey.com gets a few commissions for every transaction closed satisfactorily between a seller who offered his products in our website and a buyer who was facilitated to him through of our website.
When publishing their adverts, the Sellers select if the commissions are included in the price or if are added on the price.
The commissions will be applied depending of the products prices:

The commissions don't include the TVA.
The commission is required only when the transaction has been closed.
The minimum commission is 50 €, without TVA.
In some cases, LiderKey.com can require expenses to the buyer (accompaniment, translations, advice, etc.).
We will inform previously.
3.- When a seller publishes products in our website, he commits to pay the commissions corresponding to LiderKey.com, in 5 days following of the closing of the transaction.
*For the Sellers that don't want to pay commissions, LiderKey also offers a payment service for the advert's publication.
4.- The users commits to make a correct use of the website and of all the services that they can have access. Any incorrect use of the website on the part of some user will cause the cancellation account and the consequent blockade to the website for not to be able to continue using our services.
5.- To facilitate false information, to usurp the name of other persons or companies, upload or to send for e-mail files that could contain virus or any other dangerous material, as any illicit use of our website, it will cause the account cancellation and user's blockade.
6.- LiderKey.com reserves the right of not to publish or erase of the website the adverts that doesn't consider correct or that it can be offensive.
7.- Will be deleted the adverts that the description doesn't coincide correctly with all the published information.
8.- Are not accepted the adverts that don't indicate the price and include a picture at least.
Won't be allowed pictures that contain some type of publicity.
9.- The bidder will be responsible for any use or mark or logo that it is not of his property.
10.- The costs of transport, expedition, customs, etc. habitually is paid by the buyer, but the seller can offer freely his products under the conditions that he considers more convenient.
11.- To have access to all services that LiderKey.com offers is necessary to register in the website. The inscription is free and consists on stuffing correctly the form proposed through the Site with the user's data. The user is responsible of the data truth.
12.- LiderKey.com reserved the right of to verify the users data and delete the accounts that cannot be verified.
13.- LiderKey.com guarantees all the users the absolute confidentiality and security of their information data.
The information data of our users will be never given to others people or companies.
Any user can require therefore in any moment the cancellation of his account and erase of all information data of our system, sending an

14.- LiderKey.com can never be considered responsible of the informations or contained material in the adverts published by the users.
15.- LiderKey.com cannot guarantee under any circumstance the correct work or state of the machinery advertise in the website.
16.- LiderKey.com transmits in an instantaneous way the communications between sellers and buyers, but if in some moment, this is not this way, cannot be considered responsible for any financial, commercial or technician damage between sellers and buyers.
