LEAHPAR FASHIONS is established to intrigue our clients/customers with our fashion touch while also identifying with the uniqueness in each of our customers. Our aim is to become a brand name in the year 2023 in Lagos, Nigeria.

    

    We are therefore in business in order to generate revenue, make profit whilst also favourably competing with other leading brands in the fashion and design industry in the next five – seven years.

    

    Our choice of location which is in Alagbole – Ojodu, Lagos is a very strategic one as we in the hub of the fashion industry and with the right strategies and plans that we have in place, we are sure of meeting, achieving and exceeding our desired goals and intentions.

    

    Our core vision and principle is to ensure that those values are clearly communicated and implemented by non-management staff in the organization.

    We at LEAHPAR FASHIONS intend to build a solid business structure over the years and we are committed to seeing that our intended goals are achieved through increased productivity.

    LEAHPAR FASHIONS is a Fashion outlet involved in both men and women clothing with the target market being the Nigerian market. We are into designing of fabrics with designs peculiar to individual client/customer and with the aim of making our clients look exceptionally unique at every function they attend. We also aim at selling ready-made designed clothes and other accessories that will be available for our clients.

    The LEAHPAR FASHIONS is owned and headed by me, Mr Ezeh Raphael. I am in this fashion business because I have the passion for fashion and style and I developed this from my youthful age. 

MARKET ANALYSIS

    The LEAHPAR FASHIONS have discovered an unsatisfied market at Alagbole area in Ogun state which is very close to Ojodu, Lagos state. We aim at selling ready-made designed clothes and accessories that will be available for both the low, middle and high classes with focus on Ladies and Gentlemen.

    The Nigerian market is indeed a competitive one but with our products and services, we are sure to satisfy our customers.

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

    In order to achieve our vision, we have laid down procedures that would ensure that most of our target market is aware of our products through unique team that would ensure that our vision is actualized. As we embark on offering a wide range of services for our fashion business, we will need employees who understand what it takes to be in the fashion industry.

    Therefore, the business structure we intend to build is: Chief Executive Officer, Fashion Manager, Purchasing Manager, Marketing and Sales Executives, Accountant and a Customer Service Executive.

 CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In charge of making strategic decisions that would affect the overall direction of the company.

FASHION MANAGER

    In charge of creative designs by the company.

PURCHASING MANAGER

    Sources for reliable materials that suit the client’s desires.

MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVES

    Conducts direct marketing to clients on behalf of the company. Also drafts and reviews marketing strategies for the company and removes ineffective strategies.

ACCOUNT OFFICER

    Controls the amount of physical cash used by the company to carry out certain activities. 

Ensures that the bank statements/cash are appropriately reconciled at the end of each month.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

    Ensures that all customers’ enquiries, orders and complaints are promptly attended to. Keep an updated customer database on behalf of LEAHPAR FASHIONS.

    At LEAHPAR FASHIONS, we intend to ensure that we create multiple sources of income that will be in line with our core services. Our intention of creating multiple sources of income is so that we would be able to boost the bottom line of our business. Therefore, some of the products and services we intend offering are:

Sales of fashion accessories such as belts, bags and shoes etc.

    There are certain factors which we have perceived as weaknesses to our business and that is the fact that we are located in a fashion exposure as Lagos.

     Several opportunities abound for LEAHPAR FASHIONS such as the ability to showcase our designs to Nigerians through social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and Link in Business Network.

    

    Publicity and Advertising is another way of marketing and letting people know about our products and services.
