What you offer to investors?: Our client will discuss directly with interested investors

Dear Investors We are reaching out to qualified investors to present an investment opportunity in a state-licensed cannabis manufacturing and distribution company. Kushla Life Sciences is a purpose driven, science-based company, founded by an established brand and industry leader and a Ph.D. chemist with a background in pharmaceutical development. Our client is currently seeking a few qualified investors to finance the build out of a six-thousand square foot facility in Santa Rosa, California. We have leased the space, received permits and state license and designed our facility. We will have our building permit in early March at which point we will begin build out. We intend to be operational in July. As you may know, cannabis is currently the fastest growing industry in America, growing at a 27% compound annual growth rate (CAGR). An industry growing at this rate doubles in size every thirty-two months. Manufactured products are taking market share at an even greater rate.  With convenient access to the largest cultivation region in the world, Humboldt, Mendocino and Trinity Counties, collectively known as the “Emerald Triangle,” and distribution routes to the Bay Area and the rest of California, Santa Rosa is an ideal location for cannabis manufacturing and distribution. The City of Santa Rosa has the most attractive tax rate in the state at one percent excise tax on manufacturing and no tax on distribution.
